Top Self Training (TST) is a youth track and field club founded in the summer of 2024 by Coach Leroy Kwateh. Our mission is to help young athletes achieve their highest potential both on and off the track by providing top-tier coaching that emphasizes mental, emotional, and physical health.​

We welcome youth athletes of all ages who are passionate about track and field and are committed to personal growth and athletic development.​

Our comprehensive approach includes:

  • Recruitment Guidance: Assisting athletes in contacting college coaches, creating organized spreadsheets for prospective universities, and developing effective study habits to ensure academic eligibility.​

  • Athletic Development: Utilizing professional-grade equipment to analyze and enhance athletes’ sprinting form, promoting proper technique and reducing the risk of injury.​

  • Four Separate Packages: Each designed to help athletes achieve their goals and reach their Top Self.

Athletes should come prepared to practice everyday. This includes, but is not limited to, appropriate athletic attire, running shoes, water bottles, and any necessary personal equipment.​

We provide personalized guidance in reaching out to college coaches, organizing prospective university information, and developing study habits to ensure academic eligibility, drawing on our coaches' personal experiences in collegiate athletics.​
