Step Two(a): Please select Club Affiliation to be Club # USATF(30-10150) Top Self Training.  New registrants will be asked to submit a copy of their Birth Certificate to the USATF MN office. Register for youth individual membership.

Step Two(b): Please register for the AAU individual membership CODE TBD!!

Step Three: Select your desired package for the athlete - Click the “Become YOUR Top Self” link below. Fill out all the information.

Step Four: Click the “Waiver” link and fill out all the required information.

Step Five: Click the “Payment” tab below and submit payment (Checks and Cash accepted, Contact Coach Roy directly for this form of payment)

Junior Varsity ($450.00)

Dual Athlete($350.00)

• Facility Fees - Coaches Fee -T Shirt - Banquet - Laser Testing every 2 Weeks

College Prep($300.00)
